THE TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION

The innovating character of the technology used by BIOTECHNOLOGICA Inc. is to be able to receive as inputs heterogeneous rough domestic waste considered currently like polluting waste for example the commercial, agricultural waste, the residual municipal mud of the water treatment plants, industrial organic mud, mud of septic tanks and liquid manures, etc..

A) Important improvements were studied to wake the sorting system of rough waste more powerful and
      the crushing more effective of this organic matter in order to obtain a better bio-fermentation.

B) Refinements and improvements brought to the well-known technology of aerobic and anaerobic        
      bio-fermentation are in particular.

<  The preprocessing of heterogeneous inputs in the aerobic digester or by mixture of mud a
     contribution of constant quality is ensured for fermentation.

      <  New design of aerobic and anaerobic digesters which moreover comprises in great innovative surfaces
          of contacts and constant brewing.

     < The use of anaerobic digesters in series what allows to improve the output of digestion and a
           production of BIOGAS and DIGESTAT of better quality.
