THE LABORATORY

BIOTAB ENVIRONNEMENT Inc. laboratory is designed to treat 2 to 4 tons/day of organic domestic waste 6 days per week. It comprises mainly :

A platform for trucks to dump the daily domestic organic waste before are manual for 
    simplified sorting and poured in the hopper of the crusher chopper.

The organic matter delivered to the laboratory, papers and paperboards are finely crushed and  
   directed towards the biométhanisation after being purified if is needed.

The pure organic matter is solubilized and sent by pumping towards the aerobic digester after
    being desired brought to the temperature (mesophiles fermentation).

The aerobic acidogéne digester receives the organic matter, the leavens and the chemicals.

After a period of approximately 12 hours in the aerobic digester, the effluent is pumped towards
   the secondary anaerobic digester were is achieves the acétogéne phase during approximately 3 days.

The secondary digester is a perfectly tight tank which contains innovative contact surfaces and which
    is brewing is done by the recirculation of mud and of the produced biogas.

The methanogene phase, the post-fermentation and decantation of digested organic mud proceeds
 in a tertiary digester identical to precedent with residence time of approximately 7 to 8 days.

To function correctly and to be in conformity with the standards of the environment, the laboratory also
includes the following equipments :

A building for the guards
The distribution station for low tension
Necessary pumps and compressors necessary
Boilers and heat exchangers
Gasometer for the biogas storage
The treatment device for the digested mud
The purification device and recycling water
The washer
The air cleaning device for the laboratory
Fire protection
The communication system
Offices, stores, restroom and workshops
Traffic car parks and necessary areas 
Etc..

ALL THE LABORATORY EQUIPEMENT IS AVAILABLE ON THE MARKET
